Medical and Dental Plans
Eligibility: Date of Hire

  • Approximately 80% of your premiums are paid by HollisterStier for employee and family coverage
  • Medical coverage includes vision and prescription drugs
  • Low deductible or moderate deductible plans available

401(k) Savings Plan
Eligibility: 1st of the month after 30 days of employment

  • Contribute up to 50% of your income to a maximum of $14,000 in 2005
  • HollisterStier contributes 50% of the first 6% you contribute
  • Reduce your taxable income with your 401(k) contributions
  • Catch-up provisions for those over 50  

Flexible Spending Accounts
Eligibility: 1st of the month after 30 days of employment

  • Reduce your taxable income with your FSA contributions
  • Medical Accounts to a maximum of $2,500 per year
  • Dependent Care Accounts to a maximum of $5,000 per year
  • FSA Credit Card facilitates the process

HollisterStier Paid Plans
Eligibility: Date of Hire

  • Group Life, Accidental Death & Dismemberment Policy
    • 100% of the premium paid by HollisterStier
    • One times your annual salary
  • Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance
    • 100% of the premium paid by HollisterStier
    • You receive 60% of your wages when out on an approved short-term or long-term disability

Employee Paid Voluntary Benefit Plans
Eligibility: Date of Hire

We also offer several voluntary programs to our employees. These plans are optional and are entirely on employee expense.

Optional Voluntary Life/AD&D Insurance

  • Up to five times your annual salary to a maximum of $300,000
  • Up to $100,000 on employee without statement of health
  • Up to $30,000 on spouse without statement of health
  • Dependent Children also covered

Optional Supplemental Income Protection

  • Applicable to long-term disability only
  • Buys you another 15% of your wages on a long-term disability

Optional Hospital, Accident, Sickness & Cancer Insurance

  • AFLAC voluntary policies
  • Wellness benefit pays you for annual examinations
